Features

This machine is used for both flood and spot coating with both UV
or water-based varnish on light or thick paper with accurate and
even spot coating register. It is suitable for spot or full coating
on words and graphics in books, advertisement sheets, color
paperboard to enhance its dimensional quality and surface
protection.Integrated control with PLC can provide easy operation &
trouble shot during production. Fully automatic working process
from feeding to delivery. CE Safety requirement is considered and
widely used in the machine design. Well designed inner circulation
frame can prevent leakage of UV ray & exhausted air, which will
satisfy the environmental requirement. Famous international brand
of components like bearing, electrical parts are used in the
critical functioning part of the machine.With its advantage of
small & smart industrial design, easy moving function on wheel,
accurate spot coating & perfect coating result, it is suitable for
small sized printing product. And it is also much recommended to be
used as a post printing equipment within a digital printing

A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before
delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine
before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test
running, you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11. What’s the payment term?

A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery.
We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
