Features

Cover Forming Process:

Box Body Hot Air Part

This functional part is mainly composed of the blower inside the fuselage,the hot air heater on the rack,the hot air pipe and the connection part.Mainly provides hot air preheating for the box corners,and provides preheating process for box molding.

Box Molding Function

This part is mainly composed of upper and lower forming molds,a main cylinder and a connecting part.The upper mold of the mold is moved up and down by the forming cylinder,and finally the upper and lower molds are closed to form the box body.

Box Collection Part

The function of this part is mainly to collect counts,stack the boxes after molding,set the number of folds,reach a certain number and then release the splint by the cylinder to achieve the function of collecting count.
